“Altair only uses grapes grown on the colluvial soils of the slopes around the bodega. Showing the increasing refinement of the wine under Gabriel Mustakis, it's a seamless cuvée of Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Cabernet Franc, 18% Carmenère and 1% each of Syrah and Petit Verdot. “

"There is a floral touch to this wine, with aromas of fresh herbs, olives, cassis, berries and dark chocolate. Juicy, full and pretty fine-grained, with good concentration and a long and structured finish."
